Known as the Tri-State’s go-to distributor for superior exterior building materials, we were tasked with positioning Extech as the premiere thought-leader in this highly competitive and innovative market segment.

The Solution

The Extech Marketing Support Program: a by-invitation-only marketing program that facilitates direct communication between the vendor and Extech’s customer. By harnessing POS engagement with event, video and print programs; enhancing PK for employees; and fully developing social and direct marketing programs, Feury set out to land Extech in the lead.

The Result

A new kind of vendor/customer relationship, made possible by Extech’s 360 degree engagement. Program participants’ sales boomed, averaging 16% over projections, with some achieving a whopping 40% growth YTD. Within Extech’s target demographic, analytics grew over 2,000 points across all touch points, while national vendor engagement soared to an unprecedented 35%. The result? Extech in the lead.
