The Challenge
As part of the brand makeover for American Express Centurion Lounges, the company sought a tailored uniform solution for their service staff without the hassle of stocking and managing inventory. They required a flexible, web-based program to manage uniform orders across multiple locations, with the ability to add new products as needed. Their previous provider could not deliver the level of customization and ease of management they desired.

When a preferred dress design posed a challenge due to its pull-over style, we sourced a supplier to add a full-length zipper, transforming the dress into a favored uniform piece.
