Brian established what is now known as Feury Image Group in early 1995 with the following goals in mind: to give the people what they need; to innovate where industry marketing ideas had become stagnant, and to have loads of fun doing it. Under his strong and entrepreneurial leadership, Feury Image Group has grown into the multi-faceted family of solutions it is today. Always looking to learn something new, Brian earned his EMT certification in 2016 and continues to be an active member of his town’s First Aid Squad. He is also working towards obtaining his Captain’s license so he can beat the world’s record for circumnavigating the globe in a yacht.
Brian Traynor is in control of all strategic and day-to day operations at Feury Image Group. A master of systems and organization, Brian ensures coordination between all of the moving parts of the family of services. He also happens to be a master pizza chef and can speak to the subtle differences between hundreds of kinds of gin.
Ken came to Feury from VF Corporation, where he led the Bulwark Protective Apparel division, the largest FR apparel manufacturer in the world. While at Bulwark Ken drove innovation making FR fabrics more comfortable, durable and lightweight. The 50,000 agents of US Customs & Border Protection were kept in uniform by the largest web-based uniform management program, developed by Ken. Ken has a passion for developing effective and efficient managed programs and procurement processes for his customers. Ken is humble, so he will not tell you that he played D1 lacrosse at Notre Dame where he graduated in 2000 with a BBA in Finance & Business Economics, but we will. Ken’s favorite word is “Win”.
CFO Konrad Campbell brings with him a strong financial and technical accounting background with the proven ability to prioritize, set performance goals and meet strict deadlines, both internally and for our customers. An analytical, detail-oriented self-starter with a long history of fiscal responsibility and sound leadership, Konrad’s years in the industry afford him a keen advantage. His experience includes managing major corporate accounting activities, HR, insurance oversight, compliance management , IT and project management. But what truly sets Konrad apart is his willingness to get in the game, wherever and whenever he’s needed, and meet any challenge head on.
Sales is service, attention to detail and commitment to the customer experience. At Feury, Steve Baruch is sales. From our biggest programs to the smallest detail, Feury customers have a competent and committed advocate in Steve. With 30 years in the uniform industry, Steve has the experience and knowledge to support any and all customer needs.
Sherhonda brings her dedication to positive customer experience and upbeat can-do attitude to some of our largest and most complex programs. Prior to joining the Feury team, Sherhonda was an assistant manager for pharma giant Hoffmann La Roche. Family traditions are important to Sherhonda, and she intends to hand down her mother’s book of recipes to her four strong and independent children.
Ramon manages uniform production in our Newark facility–no simple feat when you consider the thousands of pieces we screenprint, embroider and ship each day. All kinds of programs, from FR apparel to pick-and-pack by man polos, benefit from Ramon’s many years of production experience.
Eric joined the Feury team two years ago and his impact was felt immediately. With his 20+ years experience in film and video production, working on everything from award winning commercials and feature films to presidential campaigns, Eric knows how to keep projects on track and set his teams up for success. Eric is also surprisingly light on his feet, and an elegant salsa dancer!
Jennifer oversees branding and print design for both internal and external clients. During her tenure at Feury Image Group, Jen has played an integral part in multiple clients’ rebranding initiatives and often writes in conjunction with design. Time not spent holding a pencil is spent holding a wooden spoon, creating recipes to try out on her co-workers.
Executive Creative Director Matt Lester brings broad domestic and international experience as an accomplished brand launcher, designer and definer. Before joining the team at Feury Image Group, Matt was Executive Creative Director at Peppercomm, where he transformed the agency from a respected PR firm into a fully integrated marketing partner. With increased capabilities across disciplines, the agency was able to fully service prestige clients like AVON 39, Nestlé, EY, BMW, Mini and T.G.I.F. While at both Pedone and Karousel Collective, Matt created and helmed a variety of campaigns that focused heavily on all aspects of the customer journey. Prior to that, Matt was a McCann S.V.P., Group Creative Director, where he ran the Gillette International, L’Oréal and Kohl’s accounts, netting creative excellence and consistent bankability in competitive and demanding categories. Along the way, Matt has received many awards and acknowledgements: Clio, Art Directors Club of New York, ADDY, CA, EFFIE, and inclusion in the permanent collections at the Museum of Radio and TV and the Smithsonian.
Sarah Bassine, Creative Director Copy, mines her formal script-to-screen training to inform her creative process from inception to execution. Her diverse body of work includes television, radio, print and digital campaigns for a broad range of major national and international brands, including AVON 39, Lord & Taylor, Nestlé, EY, Revlon, Thierry Mugler, US Polo Assn., among others. In addition to her commercial work, Sarah is both an award-winning filmmaker and an accomplished editorial writer for fashion and food and what’s current. Her short films have screened at more than 30 prestigious film festivals worldwide. Sarah holds an MFA in Film from Columbia University School of the Arts.
Paul has been working with Feury for over 16 years and brings a unique blend of production, technology, strategy and creative experience to the team. From running strategic content creation for Hasbro’s Nerf brand, to developing mobile apps for Sony Music and writing and directing campaigns for AT&T, Paul’s diverse and wide ranging experience provides a unique perspective to all challenges. Paul is also very famous in the world of 3D printing, go ahead and Google him!
